Spot UV Coating Machine
Fengchi high-speed spot UV coating machine adopts upward swing toothed paper feeder to transport paper, and can quickly feed more than 8,000 sheets of paper per hour. It is equipped with an intelligent mesh belt UV curing/infrared drying method, which can effectively improve the flatness of paper varnishing. It has the advantages of high production efficiency, precise positioning, high UV curing efficiency, and low energy consumption.
After the paper passes through the coating oil head, the paper receiving teeth are not irradiated by the UV light source at high temperature, and are directly transported by the Teflon mesh belt, which ensures that the teeth will not be deformed and damaged, and the maintenance is simple and low maintenance cost.

What is your delivery time?

What are your packaging conditions?
Usually, we pack the machine in a container with a plastic bag with desiccants, then with strong seaworthy wooden cases. Each machine will be protected by anti-rusted oil before put into case.
